Summary: The location was perfect. It was during the heat wave so having central air was appreciated. The pond is small and quiet with a lot of undergrowth but their private beach area allowed easy and safe play for the grandchildren. Enjoyed use of the kayaks. If you are looking for a camp vibe home to bring children this will meet your expectations.

Summary: Location and amenities are amazing. Canoe, kayaks, floating dock, firepit- all amazing. When we arrived, the outdoor furniture (to include table and chairs on deck and all tables and chairs by water) were not clean. We had to clean them in order to use them. Not a huge deal but for the money spent, we would have expected those to be cleaned. We had a wonderful time using all amenities though and owner was fast in communication. Washer and dryer in kitchen are updated and wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked all but one meal in so a well stocked kitchen is super important). There was a charcoal grill on premise and charcoal was provided in trash can next to grill. That was a plus! :) The beds left a lot to be desired. We went to Walmart and purchased bed toppers for all (esp the two twins beds). Helpful but not amazing. Took them home with us in the event we need them in the future. That would be one of the downsides from us returning. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back.

Summary: Place was great! Was far enought away, and yet close to everything! Made great memories with the family! Owners were very accommodating and quick to get back to us whenever we had to get in touch with them! Definitely would come back! My daughter already asked if we could next year! So 2 thumbs up!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the chalet. The property is beautiful. Lakefront lounge chairs, fire pit, picnic tables, wraparound deck were all wonderful. The view is stunning and can’t be beat - just sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen you get a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Secluded and peaceful, but quick drive to Settlers Green, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and about 20 min from Storyland. Highly recommend

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great - close to grocery stores, N. Conway, restaurants and lots of easy hikes for little kids. We all the loved the beach, the kids digging in the sand, the adults lying on the lounge chairs at the water and reading, and everyone playing in the water and swimming to the raft. We especially appreciated the canoe and two kayaks that were at our disposal. This was a rainy, muggy week and the AC was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the washer and dryer multiple times to clean muddy clothes after hikes. On the days when the rain actually stopped, there were beautiful views of the mountains across the lake.
